If web caching is enabled, there are 2 or 3 rules that get created by the
system (and thus can't be deleted) to redirect some traffic through Squid.
If you disable caching they should go away.
If you're not running caching on your Qube, I'm not aware of anything else
on the system that should be creating firewall rules.
