well look here as well its as near as you asked

All on the main ftp site as well - may not have everything and I know
that some of the files are miss catalogued after doing the patch for
Qpopper the RaQ4 version is actually under the RaQ3 listing and its
possible that the exact kernel you want is not there in which case email
on the developer list which I think will get picked up by Geoff
Baysinger who I think from a bit of deduction is who Bruce was referring
to as the person in charge of sorting it all out and making it clearer
for all.
