[cobalt-users] ProFTP RaQ3 Data transfer stall timeout

Hi Yah,

Since upgrading one of the RAQ3's with the latest and greatest patches one 
of our customers has been experiencing the following...

Jun 21 17:01:47 ns proftpd[13079]: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) - Data 
transfer stall timeout: 3600 seconds

He's never had this problem prior to the upgrade. I've check the proftp 
config file and the timeout is set to 3600 and the stall is at 1200, the 
error message keeps coming up every 3 or 4 minutes in the logs when he 
connects, he's using WS_FTP Pro

Is this a Cobalt issue or his FTP client. I've had a search through the 
archives and nothing similiar to this and only saw one other issue like 
this searching Google but their post was unanswered.
