I have removed sendmail and manually installed qmail on a RaQ 4, but it
does not work with the UI at all. It did function just fine as an SMTP
server though.
It is generally believed that qmail is inherently more secure than sendmail
due to its design, etc. But that can get you into another religious war
like vi-versus-emacs, etc.
