Nope, no difference. From the messages sent to cobalt-announce today
letting people know about the new patches:

Sun Microsystems
Software Update Notification
06/18/02
===================================
Hello Fellow Sun Cobalt Customers!
The patch pages on cobalt.com have been moved to a new URL:
http://sunsolve.sun.com/patches/cobalt/
Or for those of you who want to get straight to business, please go to:
ftp://ftp.cobalt.sun.com/pub/packages/
We strongly recommend that you apply any and all updates appropriate to
your
server appliance.
I've sent email to the "Cobalt" webmaster, asking for a status update and
policy clarification. I know we're in the midst of transitioning a lot of
content to "Sun" servers from the old "Cobalt" servers, and I'm almost 100%
positive that the www.cobalt.com/support/download/ page will disappear very
soon (replaced with a redirect to the SunSolve pages or something). I
think they were assuming the bulk of the people would get the new URL info
from the cobalt-announce mailing.
