[cobalt-users] Vacation message, email forwarding issue

Just found this issue and I searched the knowledge base/archives with no
luck yet, I have found similar issue, but have not found any
solutions. (Only on 90 of 495 in archives) If you know of where to find
this please let me know... 

Looks like the vacation message/email forwarding is not working on one of
our Raq4i's. Customer makes a change with their SiteAdmin account and the 
UI, but does not apply the changes... This also occurs with the Admin
account, and looks like something is broke with UI/scripts. I will not be
looking into procmailrc as a possible solution. 

If I tail the maillog, about every 15 seconds I get "alias database
/etc/mail/aliases.db out of date". And, manually running newaliases will 
fix the issue.

What is actually broken here? I can setup a cron as a temp fix, or
AutoRebuildAliases=True in sendmail, but would like to find out what is
going on and fix it...
