Hi! I have been using a RAQ4 to host client websites for a year now and
I have just run across an interesting problem... Until now, I have been
able to FTP my client websites to the server using the Admin account,
however now I encounter permission denied errors. I am told that with
the Cobalt Raq, once you reach a certain number of virtual sites (I
currently host 27) the admin account is no longer allowed to ftp. This
just makes no sense to me... Hence my questions...

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is there a way that I can
work around it, without creating a separate Site Admin account for each
virtual site? (Keeping up with 30 usernames & passwords just doesn't
work for me!)

Thank you in advance for your reply!

I expect your disk quota for admin is exceeded.

We use a naming convention like wm_sitename and the same password for each to overcome this problem. And also it make it easier when a client decides it is time for someone else to manage their site. Then you just hand over the keys so to speak.
