Rick,

I have had the same problems but I fixed them by several methods:
1) Most of the time the POP before relaying on the server is set to 15
minutes and their E-mail Software is set to 30 minutes (default for
outlook).  You can change the POP timer to 30 minutes OR you can show
them how to change the check E-mail timer on their program.
2) If everyone is having this problem sending e-mail to those outside
the server but not inside the server, Then I had to uninstall POP and
then Reinstall it. Before you do this, make sure that you have the POP
INSTALL Program.
3) I have had to delete a Virtual Site completely and then recreate
them.  I've only had to do this once.
