The cobalt(and many other units)standard is
www.domain_name.us/~username
If you search the archives, you'll find discussions about changes to
have it work as www.domain_name.us/username
FWIW, it's most likely a lot easier for your users to learn the
/~theirname convention.
The /~username convention works with any FQDN
