Yes, that particular program uses a JS refresh and frames.  As a lot of you
probably know, I do a lot of PHP/MySQL development, but I don't think the
above program is going to be suitable for the current project.  I still have
to look more closely at the software Ray suggested earlier, but I'm afraid
this project might be best suited by Java software instead of something
relying on JS.
