You can, and possibly should, add more memory; there was something in
one of the upgrades to the RaQ3 that causes memory leaks; see my posts
and those by Michael Stauber, here or (more likely) on
cobalt-developers) over the last week. Our client's server stops email
with a lot more memory than that.
