[cobalt-users] Smart Relay Host Name

Hi all,

Can someone please provide me with a laymans explanation of the "Smart Relay
Host Name" facility or confirm what I think it can do and will operate.

I understand that it is designed so that instead of SMTP being supplied by
the server, it can be forwarded onto another server that has its email
server set up to relay email for those domain names, and POP before Relay
pending ofcourse, but can I do the following with it:

I have a couple of domains that use the smtp server facilities with POP B4
Relay in use on a RaQ4 which is mainly used for hosting and not email, which
is provided on a RaQ3 under the mail. etc etc.

Can I still establish a Smart Relay Host Name within this email server field
so that the RaQ3 does this relaying job without it affecting the relaying of
emails for the couple of domain names that I do need to use the smtp
services on the raq4 with.

I hope this makes sense.
