If it's a Cobalt from Cobalt, you might as well forget about it. Warranty's
not enforced by Sun. If it's a Sun-Cobalt though, contact Sun directly. Don't
waste time with the web GUI. The last time we had to return a unit was while
it still was with Cobalt so we're not sure.
