You can install MajorCool on a RaQ4; we've actually done it once, some
time ago, I believe on a RaQ3.
We installed it to work with a separate majordomo installation; I have
no idea how to interface it with the Cobalt default majordomo
installation.
The copy we've got on our ftp site may be hopelessly out of date by now;
we put it there when there seemed to be no other source.
