I  said  I  apologized  right up front! But I firmly belive that it is
more important that people know what is going on than to be victimized
like  I was. I did not mention the specific vendor because even though
I  have  been patient for a month and a half now. I still wish the job
would  get  done.  I have received only one letter of concern from one
vendor  and  many  letters of support from vendors and individuals. So
since  I think in spite of some taking it personally, I have served my
fellow mankind to the best of my ability.  I continue to wait now.
