sorry I don't agree - if he isn't going to name (and if he intends to go
legal he can't) he should wait until it is settled - then the
information is pertinent and proven settled legally in his favour

frustration at the vendor yes but this list is for frustration against
your Cobalt RaQ/Qube and help in solving problems related to the unit
not for venting your personal frustration at others, instead he has
tarred everyone on the list that provides any commercial services
related to Cobalt Equipment in the world with the same brush ( that
probably includes most users unless they have a RaQ for fun!). There
are 100,000 RaQs in the wild and many companies that use them or work
specifically with them

As Jeff points out this doesn't sit well with the FAQ nor probably with
most people on the list don't get me wrong I am sorry that Bill Doogie
has had a bad experience but that is no excuse.
Now please lets all get on with those RaQ and Qube questions/problems
