[cobalt-users] RAQ4i - Logs won't create/split for sites

My individual site logs have not been updating for weeks. The main 
combined-access log is fine, but the splitting process is not taking place. 
Nothing is being put in: /home/sites/siteX/logs

As all the files were old, I tried clearing everything from 
"/home/sites/siteX/logs" to see if anything would happen. Nothing. Normally 
the files would re-create themselves after a 4am log splitting, right?

I've had some other problems (can't install Cobalt updates..). But is there 
something I can check to get log splitting working again?
