[cobalt-users] Problems With Sending Mail : BCC

A Client Of mine has just sent this, any ideas, wht this is occuring?

Mark. I am having an embrassing problem with BCC recipients when using
outlook express through one of my domains.  Symptoms are as below

Using NeoMail interface
  * I can put all recipients in the BCC field and, apparently, each
recipient only sees himself.  I.e. this works fine

Using Outlook Express
  * If I send an e-mail with one recipient in the To: field, and several in
the BCC: field, all works fine.  But if there is no recipient ine th TO:
field, each recipient sees the whole list of BCC'd recipients.  An obvious
security exposure
  * Thinking that this might be an Outlook Express problem I have tried the
same thing with another mail accounts (hotmail) and it works fine.

Is this a known problem?
