Hi all,

it seems procmail is the culprit

I have found several messages with these lines;

procmail: Couldn't create "/home/sites/home/../../sp/ol/mail/admin"
procmail: Error while writing to "/var/spool/mail/admin"
550 5.0.0 admin... Can't create output
554 4.0.0 savemail: cannot save rejected email anywhere: No such file or directory

notice how procmail tries to write to /sp/ol/mail/admin where is should be /spool/mail/admin

is there is config file for procmail?

They will be queued messages that send mail can't send you can move them
out of the way and reque them later if needed
shut down sendmail /etc/rc.d/init.d/sendmail stop
move them somwhere
restart sendmail same as above with start
and keep an eye on mail queue you can type mailq
