Ok, well they probably know more than I do.... Wouldn't know, been lucky
enough to have never called them.
But you might still want to check the IPs you have configured as the DNS
servers for the Raq. As I noted towards the bottom, it appeared that this
was my problem... Bottom line is that unless the machine can reverse lookup
the address properly, you will get the errors and/or have slow login
times...
I don't qualify as an expert - just someone who had a similar problem once.
If that doesn't work, then I dunno... :)
