I know you probably know this already, but the passwords are case sensitive.
Make sure your users know this.
Also, if you know their passwords, go into you admin screen and re-enter the
passwords (at least for one for a test).
We have had similar problems as well as frontpage extension not working and
we had to de-install and re-install the FP extensions.
