Do you use robots.txt on your webs to tell robots not to visit certain
directories? I had to ban a couple of IPs of bad robots that didn't obey
the robots.txt file and were following my DMOZ interface. One had 60,000
hits in one day.
I used a .htaccess file to deny from webclipping.com for one.
