Another clue. I have been trying to log onto the web gui as
10.xxx.xxx.xxx/admin which was working and works with the second raq. But I
get a connection refused with the problem raq. However, I just tried
http://10.xxx.xxx.xxx:81 and I get a web page saying Forbidden: you do not
have permission etc..

So apparently it is serving up that web page. Maybe the admin user got
messed up?
