I'm not the list cop, but I follow the META FAQ which says no
advertising. Why he needed to send it marked urgent to the list, I don't
know. If I had employees participating in a users list, I would end that
if I thought there were ads for employment posted to the list. 

As it says at the list home page:
"A forum for users and potential users of Sun Cobalt products to share
their thoughts and experiences with Sun Cobalt products."
