[cobalt-users] LDAP: name missing

I posted this on the Qube support message board, but there was no
response, so I thought I'd try here instead. Will try the dev mailing
list if all else fails :)

We've got a Qube3 and I'm using Outlook 2002. With a little fiddling
I've got the LDAP capability working in Outlook, but although the email
addresses appear, the users' names don't. I've also checked this in my
web browser using the format
ldap://serverIP/o=name,c=country?description,mail?sub? and the vCard
that appears also doesn't contain any names. 

When I check the users in the web interface (Users and Groups -> User
List), they all appear to a "full name" associated with them, which is
where I assume the name would come from for the vCard. 

Has anyone here got any ideas on this? I'm a bit stumped.
