FormMail.pl version 1.9 is NOT secure; you should either use 1.9s,
available by anonymous ftp from ftp.nobaloney.net, or from other source,
or use some other program besides FormMail.

Can you copy and paste the output of:

# ls -al /home/sites/site14/web/cgi-bin/FormMail.pl

for us?

Output:
[admin admin]$ ls -al /home/sites/site14/web/cgi-bin/FormMail.pl
-rw-rw-r-- 1 kfizzell uucp 26108 May 29 11:04 /home/sites/site14/web/cg
i-bin/FormMail.pl

Can you please copy and paste the output of:

# ls -al /usr/cgiwrap

for us?

Output:
[admin admin]$ ls -al /home/sites/site14/web/cgi-bin/FormMail.pl
-rw-rw-r-- 1 kfizzell uucp 26108 May 29 11:04 /home/sites/site14/web/cg
i-bin/FormMail.pl

Thanks.
