First off did you get a firm commitment in writing about your SDSL ???

2nd Atually how far away are you from your real local exchange ???

3rd Did you check with other providers ????
DSL or cable ???
Some providers will give you a static IP via ADSL or cable
if SDSL is not available.(and even if it is)

I wonder if you can lease a dark fiber... electronics are not that
pricy....depending on distance to an ISP or your old office.

Personally I use ADSL and a static IP address and even have
a domain on it. But I have a real good ISP
