Huh? It has nothing to do with the telnet server or telnet
turned on or off.
You always can telnet to almost every port on a server.
That is how people can find out which version you are
running on your server. To find out the sendmail version
just telnet to port 25 and if you know the right commands
you can of course send e-mails.
But that is not realy new.
