If you have a look at the above which I did.
There is a pkg file available there which installs phpmyadmin in the /home
directory
Its set up so that each domain can access phpmyadmin from
http://any.old.site.com/myadmin
As root mysql user , all you need to do then is set up mysql users and which
databases they can access.
When someone logs in they will be asked for a username and password and will
be directed to the databases you have allowed them access to.
