the problem isn't the site - or the way you have it setup on the server - *THIS* is the problem:

Remove formmail.pl and your problem will go away.

Search Google.com for formmail problems and you'll find out why.

Visit Monkeys.com for a replacement, or use just about ANYTHING except Matt Wright's formmail.pl (sorry Matt - but you need to kill this script off - it's more trouble than it's worth).
