The same thing was happening to me but I got it working. I found the answer
in this list.

But here it is....
If you had any previous version of Webalizer installed, try running
/etc/cron.daily/webalizer.pl after installation.
If it shows any problems do:
cd /
rm -f /home/sites/*/web/stats/webalizer.current
/etc/cron.daily/webalizer.pl
