This causes an error if you do not collect first which some of my clinets do not as they have automated programs which always send first. Return the junk if you don't like it.Tell the customers to use a real email program instead of a Microsoft email client where you can tell it to check before send. Do as the Larry suggested and run a program that checks and just sits in the tool bar. It logs in first and then the email program is ready to send.
Set relaying for anyone you can do it safely for.Send the piece of junk back to Sun and tell them they are liars. You want your money back. Or work with it, and make it work for you. If you don't like it now, you never will. Get rid of it.
