Hi Peter,

as far as I know, it's not possible to run the Restore CD on Apple machines.
It requires 80?86 machines and supports only really selected Ethernet cards 
etc.
So read all you can find about it before you buy laptop. In a dark corner 
of my mind is something like "It does not work with laptops at all!".
