[cobalt-users] SMTP Relay Spam Problem

I am getting mail returned from two domains hosted on my account, I have not
set them up correctly since I am still designing their sites but some one is
trying to, below is the partial message:

The original message was received at Wed, 29 May 2002 22:56:22 -0600
from dareedpl7@localhost

----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<aarrgh@xxxxxxxxxxx>www.dareedplumbing.com
(reason: 550 Requested action not taken:user account inactive)
<aarreto@xxxxxxxxxxx>www.dareedplumbing.com
(reason: 550 Requested action not taken:user account inactive)
<aarrazola@xxxxxxxxxxx>www.dareedplumbing.com
(reason: 550 Requested action not taken:user account inactive)

my local guy said they are probably using all of the domains this way and we
should take out the www.domainname.com as an alias which I did and sure
enough I started getting returned emails all over the place just like above
but with the other domains.

I have several emails like the above in the mailq from http://asiansonly.net
I have added them to the blocked list.

How are they doing this and how can I keep it from happening with the other
domain.com aliases?

The asians only site is apparently down which is good:

I got this on google when I tried to access the site but it won't come up.

asiansonly.net : Premier Asian Webmail Service
http://www.asiansonly.net/
More Results From: www.asiansonly.net

I don't use sendmail for out going email via the domains except I use the
newest version of formmail.pl with just thier domains in the authorize
fields what ever that is called.

Any suggestions for a very untrained host, where I can protect myself?
