Not that this would be something I would be interested in
doing, but;  has anyone got WINE up and going on a
Cobalt system and then got their legacy micro$oft code
running on top of WINE???

Not possible. Access is a Microsoft program, and only runs on a
Microsoft operating system.

There are tools, etc, on the web to help you move your data out of
Access and onto a native Linux database like PostgreSQL or Interbase 6
(both of which are on the RaQ 4).  Do a Google search for "microsoft
access postgresql" or something and see what comes up...
