That's called 'unicode', IIRC. You /can/ use procmail to dump mail on
entry (and even integrate it with sendmail as a filter), but evidently,
unicode is somewhat difficult to detect.

Alternately, you can just dump all .kr .ch .hk .tw and .jp emails. =)
