Dear Fellow Cobalt users,
I am new at this, so please forgive me if this too simple.
I need to make the PostgreSQL work with Cold Fusion using the unixODBC. I
can make new users and make new databases. I have also made a
postgresql.conf file and put in there the following
port=5432
tcpip_socket=yes
I have placed the file at var/lib/pdsql/data.
Is there anything else I am supposed to do. Could someone please point me in
the right direction or let me know where I can get some documents to resolve
this.
I have also installed pgAdminII and this cannot connect to the server.
