It looks like the kind of munged address someone would use for usenet or a
mailing list, the spammers have aquired a habit of using other people's
email addresses as 'from' addresses when sending spam, if you don't know
anyone with that name, i'd ban it on the mail server (you can block via
from address)

Other than that, you need headers of a few to see if they are coming from
one place, or multiple places...
