The ability to ping your server means that at least _some_ ICMP
is getting through. Empirically speaking, those who let ping
through also allow unreachables, so it _probably_ isn't a case of
broken path MTU discovery.
Have someone with an Enterprise.net connection attempt to open a
site on your system. Use 'netstat' on your box to watch for
connections from their IP. Do things ever reach "ESTABLISHED"?
If so, do what others have suggested, and look at Apache logs.
If not, please let us know what you find, and we'll see what's
going on with TCP.
Can you send mail to them? You said they can email you... but is
the reverse true?
Finally: If you can supply "tcpdump" output of an attempted
HTTP session, that probably would be the most helpful diagnostic
of all.
