When you have an error like this, go to google.com select advanced search
paste the error message (in this case "Suspect TCP fragment")
in the "with all words" text box.
then enter list.cobalt.com in the return results from the site or domain box
You will have your answer in milliseconds, rather than hours using the list.

Although the fact that people use the lists irresponibly will slow you down a
little bit. (bad - threading)

Ahh... I see...
well I willl have to talk with level 3 about not blocking this kind of attack by default... hmm... all systems on the level 3 network would have this problem then huh......
