If the web directory contents are really completely gon you could
rebuild them using another site as a guide, but since we don't know if
there are problems with the database as well, I'd delete and recreate
the site. Annoying, time-consuming, and tedious, but it should work.

OK. I CMU'd the virtual site onto my other Raq and basically bought it back using a different site number. Unfortunately, it also imported the same dodgy web configuration and the FP extension still won't work or uninstall properly. It is too much work to manually rebuild the site as I have hundreds of users and I don't know passwords etc.

Any other suggestions?
