[cobalt-users] Busted GUI [Was RAQ4 memory 256 MB]

<snip>
|>I have a RAQ4. Since yesterday from the control panel, no
|>information for
|>any of the System Components & Services. I can't add/change a user or
|>related info. When go to site management from system
|>management, there is no
|>site settings appearing on the screen except default user number and
|>allocated disk size.

You should post a new thread not change the title of an old thread if
you want to ask a question. Re-read the subject line and then read what
you posted. Then ask yourself the following question: WHAT is the
relationship between RAQ4 memory 256MB and your post? Absolutely none I
suspect.
Now to your problem.
Did you change anything? did you add any upgrade pkg files?
This usually doesn't just "happen" but rather has a traceable root
cause. (Even if, as is invariably the case, the devil is in the details
and the major thrust of effort is in the detective work necessary to
figure out what broke your GUI)
Before you do anything else, I strongly suggest backing up all your
data. If the worst happens and you have to do a restore on the RAQ that
would be a catastrophe unless you have a real current backup set since
you'll hose the entire system.
More details on events prior to "yesterday" might reveal what caused
this and perhaps give the community a chance to ponder possible remedies
and make knowedge-driven suggestions.
