[cobalt-users] New cobalt-users list administrator

Ok, folks.  Not sure if I was in my right mind when I "raised my hand,"
but I've taken over as the list administrator for cobalt-users.

Please note that I am not physically near the actual server running the
list (I'm in San Diego, and the server is in the San Francisco Bay
area), so if there are hardware problems, etc, which affect the list, I
will still have to contact someone "up there" to investigate, take
corrective action, etc.

Let the games begin... :)
