Bummer... Sounds like that Fork Bomb Professional CGI that gsh mentioned a
while back.

This sounds like the server is having problems resolving your host via DNS.

You could try adding your IP address to the /etc/hosts file on the server to
see if that fixes it. eg.
127.0.0.1 www.yourdomain.com
