RaQ4 with latest updates:
If a virtual site has multiple Site Administrators they cannot overwrite
files uploaded by a different Site Administrator. Attempting this results in
a Permission Denied error. However, Site Administrators can delete files
uploaded by others and write new files.
Is this a RaQ, ProFTPD or FTP client feature?
What needs to be done to allow Site Administrators to update each others
uploads?
Apparently uploaded files are set to 644 instead of 664? How can this be
changed for future uploads?
