If they are running OSX Server, It does have a GUI. Not as robust as the
Raq, but you can add WebMin to get almost the same effect. We ran an OS X
Server way back. Tenon made a GUI interface that worked very well. They may
even have a GUI for Linux. So for GUI concerns, I would vote none. Our OS X
Server ran great.
