SSH into the server and issue
(you did install SSH didn't you?)
find /home -name FormMail
find /home -name formmail

If you find them, check to seee if they are of the latest version,
You need to talk to the owner, tell him you are removing them for now.
Then do a chmod -x on them (temporary measure)


SSH is an easy install, get teh pkg from http://pkgmaster.com
If you are a windows guy, get PUTTY (serch google) 
It's an executable, no install 
If you are a Linux guy your system probably already has SSH on it.
