I hope this is only the situation in the US, because here in Europe they
do listen, and even some features/bugfixes people reported are integrated
in the new RaQ550. If something is untrue, its that Sun/Cobalt didn't
listen to the users.

Yep, and all those fancy features like resellers and thinks like that,
shouldn't be in a RaQ, because thats not the market the RaQs are targeted
at.
