Todd, if you follow the steps in the PDF at developer.cobalt.com about
package files, you can create a PKG file using an RPM. It's not difficult.
If you can follow instructions and have above beginner Linux skills it won't
take you long to get a handle on. But to answer your question as written,
there isn't a utility to convert an RPM to PKG format.
