Here is some info from someone on the know:

"Feature info at
http://www.sun.com/hardware/serverappliances/raq550/specs.html and
http://www.sun.com/hardware/serverappliances/raq550/features.html

Pricing depends on who you are as a purchaser and where you purchase
your units from. "Full price" range will be approximately $1700 (1GHz
CPU, 256MB RAM, 1 40GB HD) to $2900 (1.26GHz CPU, 1GB RAM, 2 80GB HD).
Various types of purchases qualify for discounts of up to 20% or so
(talk to your Sun reseller for more info).

Also, the RaQ 550 will have "x options" - customizations/upgrades
available at purchase time - so you won't have to buy only from the
small number of published SKUs like with previous Cobalt boxes. Some
options will be:

40GB HD = $189
80GB HD = $279
256MB PC-133 SDRAM = $269
512MB PC-133 SDRAM = $549

There will also be trade-in allowances for RaQ 1-4 servers and non-Sun
appliances.

General availability will be in early June (the 10th I think), so they
aren't that far from release (early access units will be shipping within
the next week)..."
